I did this chart on a sweater for my 2 year old daughter and now she goes around the house holding up her fingers and saying "Peash" :)
I'm pretty sure this isn't ASL but some sort of slang that's been popularized for the hoi polloi. Just FYI.
Anon is correct in sign language this is the number two.
It's also the letter V depending on context.
Thanks so all who supported ASL and explained that this is NOT an ASL sign for peace, but rather the number 2 or the letter V.
