Sister In Law Hat

The Sister In Law Hat
I wanted to make each of the women who are going to be my in laws a unique but pretty hat in soy wool stripes because I love the yarn. This one is for my sister in law to be Savy. It's a neat pattern because it alternates squares of stockinette stitch and simple lace. It is knit in the round, and will have a section in the back of the hat where two of the same squares are next to eachother but looks fine. Enjoy the hat pattern! Remember you can make one for yourself or for a friend but you cannot sell them and if you want to share the pattern share the link and not the pattern itself. Happy Knitting!
Materials:
  • Worsted Weight Yarn (I used Soy Wool Stripes)
  • Size 8 circulars and/or dpn's
  • 1 stitch marker to mark beginning of row
  • Darning needle

I really appreciate the patterns you create and share with us. I love SWS yarn, but there are hardly any patterns out there for this awesome stuff, so your patterns are totally, totally appreciated. I think you are very talented. Keep up the great work! Your work inspires my inner-knitting diva!

Thanks. Everyone tells me I should sell my patterns but to mme that would kill it. I like sharing my patterns because I like when other people provide free patterns. I always love to hear other people enjoy them and I really love seeing pictures!!! Thanks to everyone who has looked at my blog regularly and I hope I can continue.
