Hello From Guyana!

Hello all! I am writing you from Guyana! I just wanted to let everyone know that Randy and I are here! We are doing well! Bandit is here with us, and I'm seeing things I've never seen before. Like Coconut trees! I've yet to find yarn but I'm praying hard for it ;) Love to All!

Oh Kody May! I am thrilled you are safely there with Randy. And Bandit! If you do not find yarn, I will send some. It will be well worth all the patterns of yours I have used. Keep safe. Ya'll are in my thoughts. Tell us about your life there. So many good wishes go with this message.

I am so glad you are safely there with Randy and Bandit. I am also glad you are able to keep us up-to-date with your story. I remember the first time I saw palm trees- it was amazing. Perhaps the silver lining to this cloud is the opportunity to explore a part of the world with the man you love. Enjoy (carefully) and know that your readers are keeping you in their thoughts.

I'm so glad you two are together. Randy must be completely relieved to have you there with him. [and Bandit too, of course] Congratulations!

I'm so happy that you and Randy are back together again. What an ordeal! But, it sure sounds like you are all back on track.

I hope you find some yarn soon and are able to start blogging your great hat patterns. I have plans to try your Greeky Hat pattern -- it's so flippin' cool!

If you can know of a safe way for you to be reached, I don't know if you will be able to leave an email address on your site, I would love to send you some yarn. I live in Southern California and there are plenty of lighter yarns to choose from that may work well with your weather. Sincerely, Jean.

Hi all! Thanks so much for the kind words and offers of yarn. You can email me for the address here and even a card would be nice! It's so hard adjusting to such a slow pace of life. I am trying to update my blog at http://lifebeyondknitting.blogspot.com whenever we have power and internet. If I don't email you back right away it's cause I don't have one of the two. Anyways, it means so much to me to have such kind words coming from so many people. It lifts my spirits when things seem tough
Love Kody May
